We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

If the item in question was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Leather and uppers are non-uniform raw materials, they present the characteristics and experience of each animal, therefore, they present marks and slight differences that are not considered defects.
If you need to exchange something for an identical item, please send us an email to hello@couragem.com and we will take care of all the details.

The following goods are not covered by the returns or exchange policy:

Items with personalization (inscription of names or initials)

Custom-made items (special leather colors, combinations made at the customer's request)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
